Wonderful stay with great service

My stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed that made relaxing after exploring the city so enjoyable. The breakfast varied every day, offering fresh fruits and pastries, which was a perfect way to start my morning. The exceptional service from the staff truly stood out. they went out of their way to make my visit memorable. However, there was an occasional noise from the street that could be disruptive at times.

Plus, the location can’t be beat. it’s just a hop to the main square and tons of eateries. The hotel also let us check in early, which was clutch!

On the flip side, arranging an airport pickup was a hassle. After weeks of emails, no one showed up, which messed with our plans, though the hotel did refund us. Just a hiccup in an otherwise stellar stay!

The staff provided exceptional support throughout our stay. Ruth arranged a quiet room for my wife, which helped her overcome altitude sickness. Milton went above and beyond by helping source an express laundry service just before our next leg of travel. The stunning landmark view from our room added a unique touch to our experience.

Our stay was marred by cleanliness issues in the room, with hair found in the shower and a filthy amenities tray. Location was excellent, close to the plaza. Breakfast could use an upgrade in freshness to truly impress visitors. Consider asking for housekeeping to ensure room cleanliness.

My kids wished for a more spacious family room to play in. It could be a bit cramped with all our luggage and dog supplies.

I had the most amazing time at this lovely hotel! The rooms are super comfy with cozy beds and nice bathrooms. Breakfast was a treat with a strong coffee and a delicious variety of foods to kickstart your day.
